The Arcturus All Weather Outdoor Survival Blanket is a super versatile blanket, a must have for hikers, campers and boaters. It's small, compact and easily fits in a backpack.
MANY USES:Can be used as a ground tarp, shelter, tent or emergency blanket when camping, hunting, backpacking or boating.Keep one in the trunk of your car for the unexpected!
ALL WEATHER BLANKET:This unique blanket features a Mylar reflective side which can be used to reflect heat, create a radiant barrier, or signal for help. The other side is made of two layers of polypropylene, to se as a blanket, tarp or shelter.
LIGHTWEIGHT: This blanket weighs 1.4 pounds and comes in its own waterproof carry bag. The blanket measures 60" x 82" (Approx. 5 ft x 7 ft).
4 REINFORCED TIE-DOWN GROMMETS:We test these grommets constantly and regularly make improvements. This can be hung with ease or secured to reflect/deflect heat, and create a waterproof shelter.

I’m replacing some of my bushcraft gear and this new tarp is a huge upgrade. Better overall quality and I like the zipper pouch that comes with it.

The blanket is built to last, with a strong set of grommets. The reflective side offers a 20-degree difference if not more of heat deflection.

Arrived in very timely manner, good condition. Appears sturdy enough and really appreciate the storage bag (also sturdy). Have not had to use it for emergency reasons yet and because of the bitter winter have not taken it camping/outdoor activity. However, it is nice to know that if an emergency occurs then this will serve exactly as I need it to. Small compact to fit easily inside my EDC pack, lightweight so as my advancing years run away from me this is a good serviceable item. I put tape (gorilla) on corners reinforce and added cordage for practical reasons. I wish there were more grommets, but I can add these myself. The only other improvement I would suggest would be to square it up, i.e. , 9x9. Other than that, I am pleased with this tarp. Will let you know more after I use it.
