For orders of 500 or more blankets per color, Arcturus can arrange limited custom embroidery or custom colorways. For smaller orders, we recommend working with a trusted local embroidery service to add your personal touch.

- The customer is responsible for all shipping fees.
- All orders must be shipped to a single address.
- Shipping cost is based on the number of items purchased.
- We can ship wholesale orders internationally (some restrictions apply).
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment is received, though processing may take 3–7 business days during the holiday season.
Non-customized items can be returned if they are unopened. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and a $3 restocking fee per item.
