The Arcturus All Weather Outdoor Survival Blanket is a super versatile blanket, a must have for hikers, campers and boaters. It's small, compact and easily fits in a backpack.
MANY USES:Can be used as a ground tarp, shelter, tent or emergency blanket when camping, hunting, backpacking or boating. Keep one in the trunk of your car for the unexpected!
ALL WEATHER BLANKET:This unique blanket features a Mylar reflective side which can be used to reflect heat, create a radiant barrier, or signal for help. The other side is made of two layers of polypropylene, to use as a blanket, tarp or shelter.
LIGHTWEIGHT: This blanket weighs 1.4 pounds and comes in its own waterproof carry bag. The blanket measures 60" x 82" (Approx. 5 ft x 7 ft).
4 REINFORCED TIE-DOWN GROMMETS: We test these grommets constantly and regularly make improvements. This can be hung with ease or secured to reflect/deflect heat, and create a waterproof shelter.

Great Survival Blankets
I purchased these for hunter safety classes. I bought blue and blaze orange for survival situations. I worked with Katie in customer service. She was great! Arcturus provided great service! The blankets are packaged in a plastic bag. The bag is smaller than a freezer bag. Then inside the plastic, Arcturus gives you a nice container or pouch which the blanket folds into. This fits quite easily to any moderate size backpack.The blanket itself is well built. It has the four anchor points for stakes or sticks. The colored side is the outside or waterproof side, while the silver side is the heat reflecting side. The stitching is strong and they are lightweight enough that it would not be a burden to carry in a pack. This is a good product! Thank you Arcturus!

Perfect survival blanket
Most definitely a perfect survival blanket. Strong enough to use as a tarp. Great for a ground clothe. Fist layer inside the tent. And a nice car blanket too. Also can help you evade thermal imaging if you find yourself in that sort of situation.
